What separates Sumatra Takengon from Sumatra Mandheling is where its farmed, in the district of Takengon around Lake Tawar. This area is Fair Trade certified, meaning our Sumatra Takengon coffee is sustainably farmed and processed in fair labor conditions. Sumatra Takengon fits the description of most Indonesians, being full bodied and low in acidity but expect a flower finish with notes of brown sugar and spice.
Ethiopia Harrar is the finest "mocha type" coffee and is grown on plantations at an altitude of 5,000 to 6,000 feet near the old capital of Harrar. It originated on the mountain plateaus of Ethiopia and was discovered by Kaldi, an Abyssinian goat-herder. This dry processed coffee is strongly flavored and is often described as wild or primitive. It has body, high acidity and excellent aroma.
One of the world's prized coffees, it is grown in the highlands of northern Sumatra in the Malay Archipelago of Indonesia. The plantations grow coffee trees at altitudes up to 5,000 feet and use a combination of wet and dry processing methods. The term Mandheling refers to the name of the people who traditionally farmed and processed the coffee bean. A bold coffee low in acidity, Mandheling is full bodied and mellow, with a rich chocolate and caramel taste that lingers in each cup.

Never knew I was a croissant person until I tried crust... hands down best croissants in central MA! If you're looking for a high quality bakery with a little bit of everything be sure to check our crust. Oh and their coffee and teas are great too!
We had a small party of 10 in the newly renovated space at the Main Street Crust! Catie was great to work with, she remembered everything we needed. The food was awesome and it was nice that we could order special drinks too. Perfect place for a small brunch gathering!

Fantastic experience. Quick service. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! Very filling, could easily be shared. Loved the iced dirty chai too!
The pastries and coffee are ALWAYS amazing here! Expensive but also higher quality than anywhere else in the city. Specifically, their monkey bread is incredible! Their sausage egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well. Everything is fresh, the staff are friendly and prompt, the atmosphere is pleasant. It's a must if you want to treat yourself.
Every single thing I've tried from Crust has been fantastic. By far the best croissants in the city, great breakfast sandwiches (they make their own sausage patties! SO good), great iced coffee. Just can't recommend this place enough

Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is a must-try: buttery, flaky, and packed with flavor. I paired mine with a green iced tea infused with strawberry and vanilla—light, fruity, and the perfect complement. And whatever you do, don’t leave without grabbing their monkey bread. It’s sticky, sweet, and totally unforgettable!
Chocolate churro croissants, balsamic bagels with tomato’s and mozzarella…this place is so unique!!!! I also love the croissant pillow! 🥰. Super affordable too! My bagel and croissant came to $8!
Ok, I couldn’t get everything but here are the things I can swear are divine: chicken salad on croissant,pain au chocolat, spinach and feta on phyllo dough, ham and cheese rolled in croissant , Olive loaf, Avocado toast with a boiled egg on an everything bagel, and cold pressed coffee with coconut and oat milk. I can’t say it enough this is an amazing bake shop. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Great, friendly, chill, service . Laid back ambience and easy accessible parking . Get there early before they run out of their more popular items- though , you really can’t go wrong with anything at CRUST!
